These sturdy refractory ceramic plates convert your grill from its standard function to one that produces indirect heat, which is great for roasting and smoking. Use both deflectors to slowly smoke chickens, bacon, or even a whole turkey. Or use only one deflector to create two distinct cooking zones: one for direct grilling over the coals and one for roast veggies, shrimp, and more.
